It's funny... if I was my dad, I'd be proud of me. I'm working hella hours, paying my bills on time, saving up money for new tires, and getting As in all of my classes. Through all of this the only thing stressing me out is the fact that I will never be good enough for my own father. I don't think I've ever heard my dad utter the words "I'm proud of you." Instead, I get "Good. That's how it should be." But AS SOOOOOON as I mention ONE thing that I'm "struggling" with, the heavens rain down upon me and it's the end of the world. Reprimand me for the few bads that I do, ignore the HUNDREDS of goods that I do. Cool.
I'm going to sleep. I have to be at school in 5 hours to help Jordan and his group get their presentation together for friday.
Happy birthday, Daddy.
