Pylonephritis-Shmitis.

I've been [trying] to go about business as usual but I keep looking up kidney infections and outcomes if not treated properly. If it was acute, it'd beat me up for a few days and then go away... but since this has been an ongoing problem for a few years now, it means that it's a chronic kidney infection which every website says leads to kidney failure.
